How It Works

Each casefile begins with client registration. You provide all the relevant information pertaining to client , then  proceed and create a casefile record and associate it with the client. During casefile creation you then proceed and provide the relevant information pertaining to the case at the point at which you can assign a legal team or choose to do it later. All documents, hearings outcomes, and notes are added to the casefile as they arise . Set reminders & notifications on a case on important events and tag along the necessary parties involved.

The system builds a chronological history of activities, visible to authorized staff which can also be exported in PDF Format . This allows lawyers and administrators to quickly see the status of a case and prepare accurate updates for clients or court submissions. Once a case is concluded the respective party can go ahead and close the case from the system.
